Recently, while promoting the film, Swara said in an interview with Mid-day that Shah Rukh Khan and Aditya Chopra are responsible for ruining her love life. She confessed that she saw ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ at a very tender age and since then, she is looking for her Raj. She realised it quite late in life that Raj doesn’t exist.
The actress further added that she’s not good at relationships and quite done with men now! Swara said that she doesn’t have the energy left now to deal with them. The actress was seen in ‘Veere Di Wedding’ in 2018 with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor and Shikha Talsania who she teams up again with, in ‘Jahaan Chaar Yaar’. This film is also based on the friendship and bonding between these four women. It is set to release on September 16.
Interestingly, a while ago, Samantha Ruth Prabhu had also made a similar accusation on Karan Johar. Samantha had said that she blames Karan Johar and his movies filled with love that raise high expectations for ruining her marriage. The actress had a divorce with Naga Chaitanya in October 2021.
