That’s not all, Eklavya also has a role in Vicky Kaushal-starrer ‘Sam Bahadur’ directed by Meghna Gulzar.
Speaking to ETimes, Eklavya revealed, “I also have a part to play in the film. I’m yet to shoot for it, though.” He didn’t divulge much about the role he’s essaying in this biopic on Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw.
“We were sitting at the table for the script readings and everyone introduced themselves as we were about to begin. Everyone including Vicky Kaushal, Neeraj Kabi and Meghna Gulzar were present. When it was my turn to speak, I said, ‘My name is Eklavya and I have both my thumbs intact.’ Everyone laughed but I always end up passing such awkward jokes when the stakes are so high.”
The team of ‘Sam Bahadur’ was in Kashmir for the shoot and now, they’re headed to Jodhpur.
