Rubbishing all such reports, he wrote, ‘The people of Kashmir have been very warm and welcoming, it has been an absolute joy shooting in Srinagar and Pahalgam. The news of me being injured in a stone pelting incident is inaccurate.’
Reports were rife that came under attack by a few miscreants in Kashmir, where he is shooting for his new film in Pahalgam. The actor was reportedly pelted with stones when he had gone to the nearby market.
Tejas Deoskar’s ‘Ground Zero’ has Emraan Hashmi and Sai Tamhankar in the lead roles. The film also features Zoya Hussain in a key role. This is the first time Emraan and Sai will be seen sharing the screen space.
On the work front, Emraan also has ‘Selfiee’ co-starring Akshay Kumar, Nushrratt Bharuccha and Diana Penty. The film is slated to release on February 23, 2022. Apart from this, he is also a part of Maneesh Sharma’s ‘Tiger 3’ with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif.
