In an interview with a news portal, the ace director was asked if he is planning to work again with SRK. Replying to the same, Mani Ratnam said that he often meets King Khan at various events. However, he does not have a script ready for him. According to him, it is driven by an idea of a script. Once he has an idea, for which Shah Rukh will be right, he will approach the superstar, the filmmaker told Pinkvilla.
Mani Ratnam is all set for the release of his magnum opus, ‘Ponniyin Selvan I’ which stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in a double role, Vikram, Karthi, Trisha Krishnan and Sobhita Dhulipala. The AR Rahman musical is all set to be released in theatres on September 30 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
