‘Arre Oh Uncle’ song from Uunchai: Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher and Boman Irani train hard to climb Everest – Watch – Times of India

Sooraj Barjatya’s next ‘Uunchai’ which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani and Anupam Kher in the lead revolves around three friends who want to climb Everest for their fourth friend (played by Danny Denzogpa) who has passed away. They’re all above 60 but as the film’s tagline says, ‘friendship is their only motivation.’

The makers have just released the first song from the film and it essentially captures the film’s spirit. It shows Bachchan, Kher and Irani train hard and be fit to be able to climb Everest. AB of course, pushes the other two as they work out at the gym, do Zumba, go for jogging. The lyrics of the song and its beats are quite catchy. It does stick to your ears and make you groove. Amit Trivedi has composed the film’s music and this song is crooned by Divya Kumar and Devenderpal Singh. The wonderful lyrics are penned by Irshad Kamil.

‘Uunchai’ also stars Parineeti Chopra who plays their trek guide in the film. Interestingly, Sooraj had revealed during the film’s trailer launch that Salman Khan also was keen on being a part of ‘Uunchai’ but he said no. The director wanted to cast actors who looked like they couldn’t climb Everest.

The film is set to release on November 11 and also stars Parineeti Chopra and Neena Gupta.
