Ranveer Singh wanted to move on, reveals source as actor parts ways with YRF Talent after 12 years – Times of India

In Bollywood, nothing lasts forever. Actor Ranveer Singh, who made his debut in 2010 with Maneesh Sharma’s Band Baaja Baaraat, produced by Yash Raj Films has now decided to part ways with YRF Talent Management Agency, bringing a 12-year-association to an end. However, the decision seems to be amicable and in the best interest of both the parties, as the actor was keen on a fresh agency to represent him, moving forward.

According to sources, YRF will always be a second home for Ranveer as owes his career to the production house. The source further adds,”
12 years saath mein the, he wanted to move on” (They were together for 12 years).

Interestingly, Ranveer has been groomed and nurtured by the agency and shares a close relationship with Aditya Chopra, both as a friend and a mentor. Hence, there is no bitterness between them and it just a case of moving on to better pastures at this point of time.

It is also reported that Ranveer has already started scouting for new agencies and will take a decision in the upcoming week (s).

On the work front, Ranveer is looking forward to his next movie, Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus, scheduled for a end of year release. The movie, that will see him in a double role also stars Deepika Padukone. This apart, he also has Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani alongside Alia Bhatt in the pipeline.
