Hindi debut
Gokhale made his Hindi cinema debut with Amitabh Bachchan in Parwana (1971). He later worked with Bachchan in films like ‘Agneepath’ and ‘Khuda Gawah’ as well. In an interview, the actor had admitted that Big B had helped him to get a house. The two actors indeed shared a long association with each other.
