Previously, Sunita had shared an adorable picture with Govinda and wished him on social media, “Happy birthday to my life my love chichi god bless you.” Recently, Govinda had opened up about their romance and shared, “Sunita was my first love and I fell in love with her innocence.” Expressing gratitude towards Sunita, Govinda had further shared, “We were shooting for a song in Kashmir and looking at fate’s play I did not even know what was happening to me. There were signs but I did not get it, then one day I realised, she is the one. I am thankful to God that I met you.”
Govinda is popularly known for his comic timing and crazy onscreen antics. Speaking about the same, he had shared, “I love languages and your comfort with them only adds to the fun element. I live in Mumbai, so I am thrilled when someone talks to me in Marathi. Mala khoop anand hoto. Not a single Maharashtrian feels that hyala kasa kaay Marathi bolta yeta? Ha tar Ahuja and I yet I speak shuddh Marathi bara ka? My grandfather was Punjabi, grandmom Sindhi, so technically I am Punjabi. However, I didn’t know how to speak the language until three-four years ago. At home, hum pakke UP wale hai as my mother was born and brought up in Benaras. That UP twang that I used in some of my movies came from there. So, my familiarity with different languages helped my performance and comic timing a lot.”
