In a recent interview to Hindustan Times, the
Dil Se actor opened up on trolling and discrimination in Bollywood, saying that though she is not immune to it, she does not dwell too much on it either. Elaborating further, Manisha said that she has never faced any bias due to her age or gender, so she has been extremely blessed on that front.
Moving on, the
Mann actor said that when it comes to trolling, while she does get bothered like it is with everyone else, she would rather carry on with her life than wallow in ‘victimhood’ phase.
The dainty beauty also expressed her appreciation for the kind of roles being specifically written for women at her age and how it is a huge step in the right direction.
On the workfront, Manisha was last seen in Sanjay Dutt’s biopic
Sanju where she played the role of Nargis. She also appeared in the OTT anthology film
