Samantha Ruth Prabhu to resume Kushi shoot with Vijay Deverakonda, director Shiva Nirvana shares an update – Times of India

Samantha Ruth Prabhu had been undergoing treatment after she was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Myositis last year. The actress had taken a break from acting to give herself some time to recover. And it seems like Samantha will soon be resuming Kushi shoot with Vijay Deverakonda.
On Monday, director Shiva Nirvana took to Twitter to share an update that the film’s team is gearing up to start the regular shoot. “#khushi regular shoot will start very soon 👍everything is going to be beautiful,” he tweeted.

Nearly half the shoot of Kushi has already been completed and the film’s team will be finishing the rest of the portions in the current schedule. Recently, Samantha was seen getting back to the grind. She was seen doing intense workout in the gym.

Meanwhile, Samantha is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Shaakuntalam, which will hit the theatres on February 17, 2023. The film is written and directed by award-winning director Gunasekhar.

Apart from Shaakuntalam, Samantha also has Raj and DK’s directorial Citadel, which also stars Varun Dhawan. It is the Indian version of the popular American series of the same name. Russo Brothers helmed the original series. She also has a Bollywood project, for which, she will start shooting by a few months.
