The success of ‘Pathaan’ has set cash registers ringing out loud at the box office. The film, in all formats, has earned Rs 417 crore gross at the domestic box office, while it has scored Rs 700 crore gross at the worldwide box office. Going by the success of the first part, when SRK was asked about working in the film’s sequel, he had said, “Whenever he (Siddharth Anand) wants me to do Pathaan 2, I’ll do it. If they want to make a sequel, it’ll be my honour to do it.”
