In an interview last year, Ranbir was asked if he was thinking about the Kapoor family’s legacy as he was about to become a father. Replying to this, the actor said that legacy is something you only realise when you’re retiring and that it was too early for him. He also recalled his CA asking him if he wanted to make a will. Ranbir was perplexed thinking why he would want to make a will at this age.
Further, he added that he doesn’t think about these things. The actor told Film Companion that he was just excited thinking about having a child, of living a life with the child, how he is going to be, and what it’s going to be like. He said he wasn’t thinking about the future and was taking one day at a time and trying to become the best version of himself.
Ranbir is currently promoting his upcoming film, ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ with his co-star Shraddha Kapoor. The Luv Ranjan film also features Anubhav Singh Bassi, Dimple Kapadia, Boney Kapoor among the ensemble cast. It is slated to hit the theatres on March 8, 2023.
Apart from this, he also has Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’. It also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Saurabh Shukla and is scheduled to release on August 11, 2023.
