Pathaan box office collection day 35: Shah Rukh Khan starrer sets new all-time highest collection record – Times of India



There’s just no stopping Shah Rukh Khan‘s ‘Pathaan’ at the box office. The film which crossed 35 days at the ticket windows, added a new page to the record books by becoming the all-time highest-earning Hindi film.
On Tuesday, Pathaan took its worldwide total to the Rs 989 crore mark. It is not the first film to reach 1000 crore in its original format and language (Hindi). According to a report on boxofficeindia.com, this is also the first time that any Indian film has been able to shoot past the 1000-crore mark in its original format.

Going by the numbers, it seems that Pathaan will wrap up its overseas run with a collection of around $47.50 million, just shy of the $50 million mark. This would translate to the film raking in an estimated total of Rs 390 crore nett.

The gross total of the film is expected to be around Rs 620 crore which takes its total earnings to a strong Rs 1010 crore worldwide. Adding the total collections from all other formats, the film’s collection is expected to be around Rs 1030 crore.

In India, reports state that the film still has the potential to grow with the upcoming extended Holi weekend. The gross collection in India is estimated at around Rs 605 crore (Rs 503 crore nett)

While the film’s overseas collections are estimated at around Rs 989 crore, ‘Bahubali – The Conclusion’ stands at Rs 802 crore and ‘Dangal’ at Rs 702 crore.
