Shraddha Kapoor opens up on working with Ranbir Kapoor, says she ‘admires him so much as an actor’ – Times of India

Shraddha Kapoor’s upcoming movie Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar is the talk of town these days. The rom-com, co-starring Ranbir Kapoor is touted as a light breezy romantic comedy, and fans can’t wait to watch to watch the lead pair’s sizzling chemistry. Recently, Shraddha opened up on how excited she was to be working with Ranbir.

Speaking to Pinkvilla, the Ek Villain actor said, “I have been wanting to work with Ranbir. I admire him so much as an actor. I think he is an absolutely brilliant actor. He has shown his versatility in so many different films and so I was very excited to work with him because I wanted to know what he is like on the set and what it is like (to share screen space with him).”

Shraddha, who recently celebrated her birthday on March 3 took to her IG handle to share a special request to her fans. Sharing a pic with some half eaten cakes, Shraddha wrote, “Happy Birthday wish karo mujhe but kuch alag creative style mein.”

Soon after, her fans took to the comments section to display their creativity – “Happy Birthday Foodie,” a fan wrote, while another one said, “Happy vada pav day shraddha Kapoor.”

Another fan wrote, “Happiest birthday to THE BRAND AMBASSADOR OF VADAPAV AND JALEBI”, while another fan commented, “Happiest Birthday to ‘Cutie Jhoothi'”.

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar hits screens later this week. Post this, Shraddha will be seen in Chaalbaaz in London and the Naagin trilogy.
