Pathaan, which also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead roles, was a mega comeback vehicle for SRK after his 2018 film Zero. The movie became the highest grossing Hindi film worldwide in the history of Hindi cinema in its initial run. Currently, Aamir Khan‘s Dangal is the highest grossing Indian film with a reported earnings of around Rs 2,000 crore.
