Choreographer Bosco Martis has on cloud nine over the overwhelming response to Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan. Before the film’s release, fans were already grooving to the upbeat song Jhoome Jo Pathaan while matching its hook step. He is happy that the song has managed to cut across generations.
“The best compliment for Jhoome Jo Pathaan has been the fact that I’ve seen everyone from 4 year olds to 60 year olds dance to it. It has appealed to a wide section of the audience and people across cultures, countries and age groups have liked it. That is the true glory of the song,” Bosco told ETimes on the sidelines of Femina Miss India 2023 Awards Night.

The choreographer also talked about judging the Femina Miss India show today. “It is a great honour for me to be a judge. I think I started my career as a choreographer and worked hard to see this day,” he said. For the uninitiated, Bosco was a choreographer when Lara Dutta had won Femina Miss India.
Last year, Bosco made his directorial debut with Rocket Gang. Speaking about being a director, he said, “I would love to direct more often. I directed my film during the lockdown and we made it during the toughest times but it was still the best time I have had. So I would want to direct more often.”
