
Ahead of his new movie, the Brahmastra actor, during a promotional visit, shared his desire to shoot in the city of Lucknow. He said, ” The city and its people imbibe an extremely rich culture. Many movies have been shot here, and the palette of Lucknow which we get to see in the movies often, makes us feel like, Yaar yeh ek bahot culturally rich city hai India ki. I have always been in the city for promotions and have never been part of any film shoots here, but yeh dua mangta hoon ki main bhi yahan aake ek film shoot karun.”

He further added, “I want to convey a lot of love to the audience of Uttar Pradesh. One of our biggest markets for Hindi films is UP because we get so much love and support from Uttar Pradesh. All we can do is create a good entertaining film to make them happy.”One of the most promising actors of Bollywood, Ranbir spoke about his first memory of watching a movie in a theater made by his grandfather Raj Kapoor. The Shamshera actor added, “I remember in my childhood, I went to watch Prem Rog made by my grandfather. The movie talked about a very serious topic and I slept for like two hours comfortably in the theater. I didn’t watch the movie but when I woke up I could see the people cheering for it. I realized that whatever you are watching on the big screen, can actually be felt. That was the first time I realized how cinema actually feels.” He laughingly added, ” But haan uske baad kisi bhi film mai nahi soye!”
