We were told that shift workers love working on Salman Khan films. When prodded about the reason, a source revealed, “Daily wage workers end up earning nearly twice as much when they work on Bhai’s films than anywhere else. These daily wage workers have an eight hour shift and when Bhai comes about 4-5 hours late, the shoot gets extended and the workers earn more than what they are supposed to get.”
But Salman Khan’s late entry would mean losses for the makers, but we were told that the profits producers earn with Salman in their movie, is much more than the money these daily wage workers are getting paid for their shift. The source also added, “Bhai only wants to make the life of people around him better. In fact so many people around him have stayed the longest with him because he treats everyone like they are a part of his family. Even when they step for a meeting, it feels like they are leaving their family and going away, so no one leaves Salman Khan.”
Salman Khan’s charitable acts are now streamlined under the Being Human foundation. During the pandemic, the actor had extended support to nearly 25000 daily wage workers by providing them financial aid and food essentials.
