Adiya Chopra had announced his spy universe a while ago, before the release of ‘Pathaan’. However, the humungous success of the Shah Rukh Khan starrer has further given wings to this spy universe and take it to another level. Hence, as per reports, Chopra’s attention has shifted from ‘Dhoom 4’ now.
‘Dhoom 4’ seems to have taken a backseat now with ‘Pathaan Vs Tiger’ and ‘War 2’ as per a report in Peepingmoon.com. The report also suggested that at the moment, their attention is completely on the Spy universe, after the success of ‘Pathaan’. However, Chopra wants to continue the ‘Dhoom’ series and it’s been written since years but the team hasn’t come up with an ideal storyline yet. Hence, the fourth installment of the franchise has taken backseat at the moment.

Apparently, Aamir Khan has been keenly interested in being a part of ‘Dhoom 4’ and wants to make it happen, but Yash Raj Films wants to cast a young actor. The report also said that Ranbir Kapoor hasn’t been approached for the film because as per a source, the script is not yet finalised and nothing seems to be happening till the end of 2024.
Post ‘Pathaan’, Chopra is now gearing up for the release of ‘Tiger 3’ this Diwali. The film stars Katrina Kaif, Salman Khan and Emraan Hashmi. SRK is also touted to have a cameo in the film.
