Alia Bhatt has invested hefty amounts in property recently through her production house. The actress has bought multiple homes in Bandra in the month of April.
Spread across 2,497 sq ft, Alia has paid Rs 37.80 crore for an apartment in Bandra West, which is bought by her production house, Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd. According to a news portal, this new address is located in Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill. She also reportedly paid stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore and the sale agreement is registered for April 10, 2023.

Apart from this, Alia Bhatt also gifted two apartments in Mumbai to her sister Shaheen Mahesh Bhatt worth Rs 7.68 crore on April 10. Through a Prize Certificate, Alia reportedly gifted two flats to her sister, spreading across 2,086.75 sq ft in Gigi Apartments located in Juhu, Mumbai. She had to pay a stamp duty of Rs 30.75 lakh for this transaction. The actress currently resides with husband Ranbir Kapoor at Vastu, Pali Hill, Bandra. The couple got hitched in the balcony of their home and had even hosted their post-wedding bash there.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are often spotted inspecting the Krishna Raj Bungalow’s construction site, where their eight storey dream home is being built.
