
The actor, in a conversation with a leading news portal, recently reflected on his journey. He said that he is honestly quite content with the kind of work he has done till now and he is happy that he said no to umpteen projects that came his way in all these years.
When quizzed about why he said no to all these, theChameli actor said that they were all something that he had already done before and were too mainstream. He added that he had to turn them down since he had no interest in repeating himself.
Off late, rumours have been rife that the actor was going to play a key role in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zara, starring Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. However, Rahul categorically clarified that he hasn’t been approached by either Farhan nor the production house, hence he is definitely not a part of the project.
Jee Le Zara is expected to go on floors this year.
