Shah Rukh Khan dedicates his Father’s Day tweet to promote ‘baby’ Suhana Khan’s debut film The Archies | Hindi Movie News – Times of India



Shah Rukh Khan is a proud father and he never misses a chance to exhibit his love for his kids. On Father’s Day today, SRK took the opportunity to promote his baby girl Suhana’s debut film. Sharing the teaser of The Archies, SRK tweeted, “On Father’s Day – here’s wishing the best to my baby… all the babies… and Tiger Baby… for #TheArchies!”

Gauri Khantoo cheered for her daughter and tweeted, “Super excited to watch #TheArchies… #ZoyaAkhtar style.all the best to the wonderful team!”

Alongside Suhana, The Archies, directed by Zoya Akhtar, also stars Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor, Dot, Mihir Ahuja, Vedang Raina and Yuvraj Menda.
The cast that was in Brazil for the film’s teaser launch performed for the first time on stage. The gang of seven including Agastya (Archie Andrews), Suhana (Veronica Lodge), Khushi (Betty Cooper), Dot (Ethel Muggs), Mihir (Jughead Jones), Vedang (Reggie Mantle) and Yuvraj (Dilton Doiley) performed the song Sunoh at the event.

“The Archies ka pehla (first) performance!! We have no words because they stole ‘em all,” Netflix shared on Instagram.
The performance garnered lots of love from fans and celebs. Shweta Bachchan shared the video on her Instagram Stories and wrote, “The cutest gang.” Navya Naveli Nanda shared a video of Agastya thanking the audience after the performance and wrote, “Junior”.
Janhvi Kapoor took to Instagram Stories and wrote, “This looks so exciting! I can’t wait. What a fun world you guys have created, it’s going to be magic. And my baby Khushi Kapoor I love you can I bite your cheeks I miss you.”
The Archies is a tale of ffriendship, love, freedom, heartbreak and rebellion. Set in 1964, it is a coming-of-age musical following the lives of Riverdale’s favourite set of teenagers, seen through the lens of the unique Anglo-Indian community.
