One of the popular Bollywood films ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai‘ has turned 25 today. Karan Johar’s directorial starred Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Rani Mukerji, and Salman Khan. Apart from the lead cast, it also featured Anupam Kher, Farida Jalal, Archana Puran Singh, and Himani Shivpuri and also marked the debut of child actor Sana Saeed. She played SRK and Rani’s daughter in the film.
Recently, Sana spoke to indianexpress.com and said that the actress thinks only she and Parzaan Dastur (another child star in the film) have grown up.Otherwise, they are all still the same. And they are still such big stars. She recalled her time on the set and said how it was an impactful experience, especially at such a young age. She revealed how everyone associated with the film was already a star then but never behaved as such.
The actress further added that there were times when she was in college and people asked her if she was the same girl, and she would say no. She did not know how to handle that respect and acknowledgment. Also, because she had such a normal upbringing, she did not understand how big it was. It was only when she started working again and people still remembered her as that young child actor that she realised how amazing this journey had been.
