Deepika Padukone reveals she was in ‘open relationship’ with Ranveer Singh ‘until he proposed’ to her; netizens call it a ‘situationship’

During the episode, Deepika revealed, “I wanted to be single for a while because I had come from difficult relationships. I was going through a phase where I said, ‘I just don’t want to be attached, don’t want to be committed.’ And I had fun! And then he comes along, so I didn’t commit until he proposed to me. There was no ‘commitment as such. Even if we were technically allowed to see other people, we would just keep coming back to each other.”
Ranveer and Deepika, known for their irresistible chemistry in films like “Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela,” “Padmaavat,” and “Bajirao Mastani,” are reuniting in Rohit Shetty‘s “Singham Again.” While Ranveer is already a part of Rohit’s Cop Universe as Simmba, Deepika is set to make her debut in the universe as Shakti Shetty, rumored to be playing Ajay Devgn’s sister. In addition, Deepika has “Fighter” lined up with Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor, directed by Siddharth Anand. She is also collaborating with Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Prabhas for Nag Ashwin’s “Kalki 2898AD,” promising a versatile and exciting array of projects in her future.
