Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki has two teasers: both passed by CBFC with U certificate | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

The year 2023 can easily be called Shah Rukh Khan’s year. His two releases, Pathaan and Jawan have already made it to the list of the biggest hits of all time. All eyes are now set on his third release of the year, Dunki. The film sees him collaborating for the first time with Rajkumar Hirani, the duo were first supposed to work on Munnabhai MBBS but SRKstepped out because of his back injury.Coming to Dunki, it is now being reported that the makers have come up with not one but two teasers for the film and both have been certified by Central Board of Film Certification with a ‘U’ (Universal) certificate.

In a report published on Bollywood Hungama, it was mentioned that the makers got the certificate on October 30. The report also suggested that one teaser is 58 seconds long while the second one is 1 minute and 58 seconds long. It is also being said that teaser of the film will be launched on Shah Rukh Khan’s 58th birthday, November 2. Now it will be interesting to see which of the two will release on SRK’s birthday and which will be showcased with the release of Tiger 3, which is releasing on Diwali. There’s also a chance that just one of the teasers will be released on both occasions and the second one might just never see the light of the day.
ETimes was the first to report that Shah Rukh Khan plays an army officer in the film about five months ago, this was proven true when the first poster of the film was released few weeks ago, The official tagline of the film reads as ‘A soldier’s journey to keep a promise’.
The film releases on December 22 in India and on December 21 across the globe. It will be clashing with Prabhas and Prashanth Neel’s Salaar- Part One- Ceasefire. Dunki also stars Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal and Boman Irani.
