Actor Lee Dong-wook is currently going all out for the promotions of his upcoming movie ‘Single in Seoul’. He recently made an appearance in a chat with Monsta X’s Hyungwon, who hosted a YouTube video, ‘Lee Dong-wook wants to play games’.
During this interaction, the ‘Goblin’ actor opened up about his military days and how he had gained a lot of weight. When Hyungwon queried the actor about his diet, Lee Dong-wook revealed that he doesn’t manage and that he gains weight very easily.When Hyungwon stated, “I have a lot of cheek fat. I want to have a face without any fat like yours.” Lee Dong-wook shared, “It’s because I’m older”, and added, “I lost the fat after coming back from the military.”
When Hyungwon mentioned that he is trying to gain weight in the military, Lee Dong-wook his own experience and stated, “I also gained 16kg in the military. I didn’t gain weight healthily. I only gained fat because I went to the cafeteria to buy things to eat and didn’t exercise. They gave me military uniforms once, but I gained 16kg, so I didn’t fit. So I had to wear loose pants.”
Lee Dong-wook will be seen romancing Im Soo-jung in Single in Seoul, which is helmed by Park Beom-soo. The film narrates the story of Yeong-ho, who likes to be alone, and Hyeon-jin a gregarious publisher, who writes an essay about single life. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on November 29.
