The hunk invited almost all of his leading ladies, directors and producers to join him in celebrating turning 33. Black seemed to be the colour of the evening as guests turned up in shades of black, with some exceptions.
The birthday boy rocked a satin shirt for the night of celebrations.
Photos from the party saw Kartik chatting with his many guests and even posing with them for photos that were later shared online. Among the many photos that went viral, was the actor’s picture with co-star Tara Sutaria. On the occasion of Kartik’s birthday, the actress dropped a steamy first picture from the sets, that got fans hyped and excited to see them together.
Kartik was also seen striking poses with director Abhishek Kapoor and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 director Anees Bazmee.
Also among the guests, was director Karan Johar. His appearance came after KJo announced his next big venture with Kartik in the lead. The film directed by Sandeep Modi is slated to release on August 15, 2025.
Taking to Instagram, Johar treated fans with this exciting news and wrote, “Kickstarting today with some special news on a special day!! Extremely thrilled to announce @dharmamovies & @balajimotionpictures coming together for a film helmed by the exceptionally talented @sandeipm. I find myself elated to also announce the supremely talented @kartikaaryan as our lead for this story that will unfold in cinemas on 15th August, 2025!!!!”
This announcement comes years after Kartik and Karan reportedly had a falling out, while working together on Dostana 2.
Kartik will also be seen in director Kabir Khan, ‘Chandu Champion’, Hansal Mehta’s upcoming film ‘Captain India’, director Anurag Basu’s next ‘Aashiqui 3’ and the horror comedy film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’.
