​Animal is all set to beat Jawan in Telugu – Times of India

Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal has taken the internet by storm , the trailer which was released on Thursday has already amassed more than 40 million views in less than 17 hours. And the expectations from the film are growing with each passing hour. Many are claiming that the opening of the film should be in the vicinity of 40 to 50 crores, highest for any Ranbir Kapoor film, the film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.His biggest opening till date has been Rs 37 crores for Brahmastra;Part One Shiva.

Now as per a report by Box Office India, it is being suggested that Animal is all set to beat Jawan’s opening numbers in Telugu language. Though the advance of the film is set to open on November 26th across the country, they have begun in select places across USA , UK and as per sources post the trailer launch bookings have opened in few centers in Hyderabad as well. Usually there is hardly any booking for a Hindi film dubbed in Telugu but that pattern was broken by Jawan which clocked in about Rs 4.72 crore for opening day in Telugu and reports are suggesting that Animal will beat that number by a margin. And the reason for the buzz for the film in Telugu is purely because of Sandeep Vanga Reddy who is returning to Telugu Cinema after delivering a massive hit in Arjun Reddy back in 2017.
A source close to the makers of the film have also revealed to us that about 5000 tickets have already been sold in Hyderabad, though at this point it is not clear if these are for Hindi shows or Telugu shows.
Animal is releasing on December 1st and it also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandana.
