Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are one of the most popular on-screen pairs. Infact, one of the reasons why fans were looking forward to ‘Tiger 3‘ was to see these actors re-unite on-screen. The film has gone on to attain massive numbers – ‘Tiger 3′ has crossed Rs 400 crore at the box office worldwide. When asked Salman if Katrina is his lucky mascot when it comes to box office successes, the actor put his witty, deadpan humour to forefront.
Salman answered, “No, I wouldn’t say that.Because we also had ‘Yuvraaj’ (smiles). But the other movies which we’ve done together have done well.” After watching ‘Tiger 3’, the audience and Katrina’s fans have been talking about a spin-off of Katrina’s character Zoya. Ask Salman if he’s looking forward to that and he says, “Ya, why not? Seriously, why not? But I think,Zoya will be incomplete without Tiger. Bhale Tiger puri picture mein nahi hoga, magar ek Tiger ka introduction hona zaruri hai. We can show, that Tiger is somewhere else. Ek telephone call hona zaruri hai. Interval mein ek hook aana zaruri hai. And climax mein Zoya ko zarurat padti hai then Tiger comes back. Then they both complete the mission together.”
He further adds, “Tiger and Zoya are so synonymous to each other that me without Zoya or Zoya without Tiger toh film khali khali hoga” Salman said he has to have a cameo of sort in a spin-off film on Zoya. However, he laughed and said, “Magar aap yeh same cheez Zoya ko kahenge. Ke aap introduction mein aaoge ya climax mein toh woh jhel nahi paayengi. Woh apna role badhaate jaayegi.”
‘Tiger 3’ is Salman and Katrina’s seventh film together.
