Rap sensation MC Stan recently marked his playback singing debut in Salman Khan‘s film ‘Farrey.’ In a conversation, Stan revealed how Salman Khan’s manager, Nadeem bhai, reached out to him for this opportunity targeted at the younger generation. Describing it as his debut song, Stan expressed gratitude for the chance and mentioned that he sees this as a stepping stone for future Bollywood projects.
Initially invited to watch the entire film and understand its context, Stan was tasked with creating a song for the character Alizeh.Impressively, it took him just 15 minutes to both write and record the song. Stan, at 24 years old, reflected on grasping the essence of the younger generation during this process. He shared this viewpoint about music with Hindustan Times.

Known for his independent and unconventional approach to music, Stan intends to go with the flow in his future projects. Despite initially not envisioning himself in commercial films, he acknowledges that the opportunity with Salman Khan opens up new possibilities for him in the industry.

Sharing his perspective on the commercialisation of Bollywood songs, Stan expressed dissatisfaction with the modification of his original beats. He emphasized that he prefers to maintain the original vibe and intensity of his creations, believing that artists should stick to their original vision rather than altering it for mass appeal. Stan concluded by asserting that if the artist believes in the song’s potential, it should remain true to its original form, whether it’s released on platforms like Spotify, YouTube, in films, or as an independent single.
