Janhvi reminisced about the evenings when her father, Boney Kapoor, would attempt to impress Sridevi, and she would playfully pretend, saying ‘Oh, stop it.’ She shared that many of their memories revolved around her parents’ romance.While giving a tour of her house, Janhvi mentioned that for a considerable period after her mom’s passing, the family refrained from sitting together as it served as a poignant reminder of the significant void left behind.
Janhvi revealed that the family transitioned to their current residence after Sridevi’s passing, emphasizing that the house symbolized a new beginning for them. She expressed, “This house has given us a fresh start in a lot of ways, and also, mom has never been in this house, but it feels like her energy is everywhere because I know she wanted this for us.” In the video, Boney Kapoor also made an appearance, stating, “I feel Sri is around here somewhere.”

Sridevi passed away in 2018 due to accidental drowning while she was attending a wedding in Dubai with her family. She was last seen in ‘Mom’.
