Shah Rukh Khan visits Shirdi Sai Baba with daughter Suhana Khan ahead of ‘Dunki’ release: Pics | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for the release of ‘Dunki‘ after the humungous success of ‘Jawan’ and ‘Pathaan’ this year. The film is just a week away from release and Shah Rukh is making sure to keep the excitement going among his fans. He dropped a new poster of the film today which sees Taapsee Pannu in a white wedding dress with him. He shared it and wrote, “Suit-boot pehen kar ho jao taiyyaar..Humse milne ke liye, you won’t have to go Far, leke aao biwi, girlfriend ya jisse bhi karte ho pyaar, 7 din baad aayenge aapse milne, Hardy, Manu aur uske yaar.7 Days to go for #Dunki.”
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh was seen visiting Shirdi today to seek blessings from Sai Baba ahead of the release. He was accompanied by daughter Suhana Khan whose debut film ‘The Archies‘ just released on OTT. The actor was seen wearing a casual white t-shirt with a cap teamed with a jacket.

‘Dunki’ revolves around the concept of illegal immigration and the craze among youngsters from small towns in India to go abroad. A few days back, SRK had revealed the meaning of ‘Dunki’ on social media while unveiling a romantic number ‘O Maahi’ from the movie. He had said, “Sab poochte hain Iss liye bata raha hoon. Dunki ka matlab hota hai apno se door rehna….aur jab apne paas ho toh bas lagta hai qayamat tak uske saath hi rahein. O Maahi O Maahi. Feel the love before sun sets on the horizon today.”
Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, ‘Dunki’ stars Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles. The film will see Vicky Kaushal in an extended cameo. The film was announced along with the release date in April 2022 where SRK praised the director’s work, and in return, the director offered him the film.
