Janhvi Kapoor is one of the brightest new talents of Bollywood, in her short career, she has showcased her diversity with films like Dhadak, Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, Mili and Good Luck Jerry. The actress in her latest interview, shared that she can’t abandon her mother Sridevi’s legacy and will ‘die taking it forward’.

The young actress was in conversation with Film Companion when she shared that she cannot abandon her mom’s (Sridevi) legacy. She wants to take it forward and will die trying in doing so. She added that it means the most to her and for that, she will work day and night tirelessly to justify the opportunities she got.
She also highlighted that she is obsessed with movies, it is all that she has ever known. Her education has been through movies, her livelihood is based on that, so the least she can do is give her entire being and devote it to the craft.
She also mentioned that when people say that fame and the chances she has got is only because of her parents, the only reply she has for them is that just like fame, she also has their blood, so she will work just as hard as them.
