Deepika Padukone says, ‘Ranveer Singh and I look forward to the day when we will start our own family…’
In a video which is now doing the rounds of the internet, the actress reveals that when she got a call from director Farah Khan, she thought that someone was playing a prank on her. Deepika also revealed that back then, she didn’t understand the gravity or the magnitude of that meeting.
However, things started moving forward, and the time came for her to finally go and meet Shah Rukh Khan. Deepika revealed that she had seen SRK in all these Yash Chopra films, and had a certain image in mind as to how she has to present herself in front of him, and that was to keep her hair open and straight, and wear a white salwar kameez.
She added that she actually stepped out and bought a white chikankari salwar kameez, and when she reached his place, she saw everything in his house was white. He had white sofas and she was sitting right at the edge of the sofa, but when SRK walked in, she immediately felt comfortable.
