​Earlier, Kris revealed to The Indian Express that Hrithik eats six meals a day. He explained that the focus is on making him eat well enough to build muscles. He eats protein-rich food items such as poultry, fish, egg whites, and protein shakes. For carbohydrates, he eats potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, and oats. He also eats healthy fats such as nuts, egg yolks, and some olive oil.
