Vidhu Vinod Chopra‘s recent directorial venture, ‘12th Fail,’ featuring Vikrant Massey and Medha Shankar, emerged as the most unexpected hit of the year. The film has garnered widespread acclaim, and recently, it celebrated a successful 50-day run in theaters.
The admiration and accolades for Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s directed film persist, and it was recently showcased at the Asia-Europe Young Film Festival.The audience at the film festival responded phenomenally, offering a standing ovation to the film.

’12th Fail’, based on a true story, draws from the struggles of the millions of students who attempt the UPSC entrance exam. But at the same time, it goes beyond that one exam and encourages people to not lose heart in the face of failure and to restart.
The film, directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, is now running in cinemas in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
