While the pair was affectionate to each other, Gomez was seen posing solo for pictures as she showed off her stunning sheer sequined Oscar de la Renta gown adorned with black and red floral detailing.
According to the fashion brand’s official post, Selena’s custom gown took a total of 930 hours to complete.Sharng a close-up look of the gown, the video was posted with the caption, “From the first sequin-embroidered fern tendril to the finishing stitch, the gown accounts for over 450,000 paillettes in shades of burgundy and 930 hours of hand-embroidery.”
Selena completed her look, by accessorizing with a Tiffany & Co. diamond necklace.
Meanwhile, Benny Blanco looked dapper in a long navy coat layered over a black silk button-up shirt and grey slacks.
The couple engaged with fellow guests before heading into the ceremony.
The couple was spotted in various social media clips that have since gone viral online. Having recently attended a Lakers game together, the pair seemed to enjoy each other’s company, with Benny Blanco blowing air kisses to Gomez as she took a moment to pose for photos on the red carpet.
Gomez’s show, ‘Only Murders in the Building’, was nominated in several categories, including Best Comedy Series, Best Lead Actor in a Comedy Series (Martin Short), and Best Guest Actor in a Comedy Series (Nathan Lane). Additionally, her documentary, ‘My Mind and Me’, was in the running for Outstanding Writing for a Nonfiction Program.
Benny also attended the Golden Globes with Gomez, however, he was nowhere in sight at the show. The musician showed his support to his lady love who was nominated for her role as Mabel Mora in ‘Only Murders in the Building’. Although she did not win the golden statue, she shared an intimate photo of herself kissing Benny, with the caption, ‘I won.’
