Vicky Kaushal is riding high on the success of his latest film, Sam Bahadur, directed by Meghna Gulzar. The movie, depicting the life of India’s first Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, has enjoyed a successful run in theaters. To celebrate the film’s extended theatrical presence, the cast and crew gathered for a success party. Vicky Kaushal shared glimpses of the festivities on his Instagram story.

On January 18th, Vicky Kaushal posted inside pictures from Sam Bahadur’s success bash, which took place the previous day.

In one of the images, Vicky is seen cutting a celebratory cake alongside director Meghna Gulzar and producer Ronnie Screwvala. The actor expressed gratitude for the film’s 50-day run in theaters, describing the journey as special and thanking fans for their love.

Despite facing box office competition from Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal, Sam Bahadur held its ground and emerged as a hit. Vicky Kaushal’s portrayal of the titular Army officer earned him widespread acclaim. The success party included Vicky, Sanya Malhotra (who plays Sam’s wife in the film), Ronnie Screwvala, and Meghna Gulzar, who enjoyed a celebratory dinner.

Vicky Kaushal, dressed in a stylish grey shirt and black trousers, exuded charm during the event. However, Fatima Sana Shaikh, who portrayed Indira Gandhi in the film, was noticeably absent.
Following Sam Bahadur, Vicky Kaushal made a special appearance in the comedy-drama Dunki, marking his second collaboration with Rajkumar Hirani. The film, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, and Boman Irani, revolves around the concept of donkey flight and achieved both critical and commercial success.

Currently, Vicky is immersed in the shooting of Laxman Utekar’s period action film Chaava, where he essays the role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, Shivaji’s eldest son. Additionally, he is working on Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam alongside Ammy Virk and Triptii Dimri, backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The actor’s busy schedule reflects his commitment to diverse and challenging roles in the Indian film industry.
