Parineeti Chopra started her career as an actress more than a decade ago, but the actress has always wanted to keep doing new things. It’s a known fact that Parineeti is also a great singer apart from being a good actor. She’s popular for her song ‘Maana Ki Hum Yaar Nahi‘ which she sang for ‘Meri Pyaari Bindu‘ and often she loves to showcase that side of hers on social media.
And now the actress has announced that she’s venturing into something new – which is live singing! She has tied up with Entertainment Consultant LLP which also handles live performance events of artists like Sunidhi Chauhan, Badshah, Amit Trivedi and others. Parineeti announced this on social media and said, “Music, to me, has always been my happy place .. I’ve watched countless musicians all over the world performing on the stage and now it’s finally my time to be a part of that world. I feel so lucky, blessed and stressed🤪 about starting off a whole new chapter in my life and I honestly can’t describe how excited I am to embark on this musical journey. A journey that gives me the opportunity to have two careers at once! How fun (and chaotic ) So here’s to embracing the unknown and facing all my fears and kicking off my singing debut! On work front, Parineeti has recently finished Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Chamkila’ which will release soon. It sees her alongside Diljit Dosanjh and she’s also sung in this film where the music is composed by AR Rahman. This one is based on the life of Amar Singh Chamkila and his wife Amarjot.
