Bollywood’s iconic actor, Shah Rukh Khan, expressed heartfelt gratitude to his fans for their overwhelming support and love after a four-year hiatus. The superstar, known for his illustrious career spanning 33 years, made a comeback with a triumphant streak in 2023, featuring in films like ‘Pathaan,’ ‘Jawaan,’ and ‘Dunki,’ all of which set records at the box office.

In a video that has gone viral on social media, Shah Rukh Khan, during a press conference, shared his thoughts on returning to the silver screen after a significant gap.

The actor admitted to feeling a certain level of nervousness due to the hiatus, saying, “Because I have been working for 33 years, and you take such a big gap. Normally, you do feel a little nervous, and you feel ki ‘arrey yaar! I hope I have got the film right.'”

Acknowledging the impact of previous films that didn’t perform as expected, Shah Rukh Khan reflected on the unwavering love and support he received from fans worldwide for his recent projects. He emphasized, “But I think, more than my films, ek pyaar tha logo ka..jo Pathaan ke liye, Jo Jawaan ke liye and jo Dunki ke liye..This whole country and people outside this country have actually taken me to their heart, more than the films.”
The megastar expressed deep gratitude to his audience, stating, “So I am very, very thankful to all of you, to the audience, and the whole world for making me realize ‘jo main karta hu wo theek karta hoon aur mujhe wo baar baar karte rehna chahiye (What I do is right, and I must keep doing it repeatedly).'”
Meanwhile, SRK’s previous outing was with the Rajkumar Hirani’s directprial ‘Dunki’ which did decent performance at the box office.
