Shahid Kapoor, who is currently promoting his upcoming film, ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ with co-star Kriti Sanon, recently opened up about the possibility of his character Kabir Singh collaborating with Ranbir Kapoor‘s Ranvijay for Sandeep Reddy’s ‘Animal Park‘.
In a conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Shahid shared his doubts about the likelihood of Animal’s Ranvijay and Kabir Singh collaborating for Animal Park. Although he acknowledged the excitement it would bring to the audience, he emphasized the difficulty of such a crossover, stating that the universes of the two characters are quite distinct.

Shahid expressed enthusiasm about the prospect of a crossover but raised practical concerns about its feasibility. He mentioned that while it would be fantastic if it materialized, there are practical considerations to address, such as who would write it, when it could happen, and the overall feasibility of the idea. Additionally, Shahid discussed the challenges faced by the makers of his web series Farzi, emphasizing that the audience may not always be aware of the various commitments and projects that creators have on their plate, leading to occasional delays in certain aspects of production.

‘Teri Baaton Mein Aise Uljha Jiya’: ‘Kriti Sanon’s character in the film is a personification of Technology,’ says Shahid Kapoor

Shahid addressed the anticipation for the next season of Farzi, explaining the challenges faced by the directors, Raj & DK. He mentioned that the directors have commitments to two other shows they’ve written, and completing those projects before returning to Farzi is a priority. Shahid highlighted the difficulty in conveying this to the audience, who may express impatience and wonder why the writing process hasn’t begun. Despite the complexities, he appreciates the audience’s excitement and is pleased that Farzi, his OTT debut, became the most-watched series of all time in India on a subscription video on demand platform.
