Actor Arjun Kapoor will be seen playing a key role in Rohit Shetty film’s ‘Singham Again‘. The ‘Gunday’ actor unveiled his ‘Singham ka villain (Singham’s villain)’ avatar from the film.
Fans are super excited to see him in this role. However, recently Arjun opened up about the same and showered praise on Rohit Shetty. In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, the actor expressed his gratitude, to director Rohit Shtetty and producers who provided opportunities for them to shine.
Arjun also expressed his excitement that Rohit Shetty, a renowned filmmaker, recognized their potential to portray the villain in the highly anticipated ‘Singham Again,’ a film featuring numerous stars. The actor acknowledged giving his best and expressed anticipation to observe the audience’s reaction upon the film’s release.
Recently, Rohit Shetty took to his Instagram handle to unveil Arjun’s first look and wrote, “Insaan galati karta hai, aur usse uski saza bhi milti hai… Lekin ab jo aayega, wo shaitaan hai! CAN I SAY – INTRODUCING ARJUN KAPOOR!”
Arjun also shared the photos and wrote, “Singham ka villain! Feeling on top of the world being a part of hit-machine Rohit Shetty sir’s cop universe! I promise you there will be mayhem #SinghamAgain.”
Meanwhile, ‘Singham Again’ is scheduled to have a theatrical release in August 2024, coinciding with Independence Day. It also stars Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and Jackie Shroff in lead roles, while Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff appear in cameo.
