Sunil Grover, renowned for his comedic talent, has established a prominent presence in Bollywood. His recent appearances alongside Shah Rukh Khan in the 2023 blockbuster ‘Jawan’ and with Salman Khan in the 2019 hit ‘Bharat’ have showcased his versatility. Sunil’s ability to effortlessly blend charm with comedy has earned him admiration from both the actors. However, as a comedian, he navigates with caution, recognising the importance of maintaining a respectful balance when portraying iconic figures like Shah Rukh and Salman.
In an interview with Connect FM Canada, Sunil said that the beautiful thing here is that he is their fan. He enjoys working with them. If he is their fan, he won’t say anything that will offend them because he likes them. He celebrates them. Also, if someone doesn’t like someone, they can’t mimic them properly, but if something doesn’t land then he is willing to hear all their scolding.
Sunil Grover’s upcoming projects include the thriller comedy ‘Sunflower 2’, slated to stream on an OTT platform. Furthermore, he is collaborating with Kapil Sharma for a Netflix show, marking their reunion after a six-year break following a separation in 2017.
