Shiamak Davar: Shah Rukh, Salman, and Aamir Khan’s performance was a parody of ‘Amar, Akbar, and Anthony’ | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

The pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Jamnagar became a sensation on the internet. Spanning three days, the grand affair resembled a festive celebration, featuring performances by Bollywood’s biggest names. Shah Rukh, Salman, and Aamir Khan, among others, graced the stage, engaging the audience with their performances of popular Bollywood songs.
In an interview with IndiaToday.in, choreographer Shiamak Davar said that this is the third Ambani wedding he has done. He choreographed the sangeet night this time. It only gets better with each event, and this time around it was as much fun and exciting as all the other three times. Each wedding becomes more and more spectacular, but this one takes the prize because the whole idea of ‘Mela Rouge’ was a mix of Indian and contemporary work. It was beautiful because they had Mukesh and Nita Ambani do a special number on the iconic song ‘Pyar Hua Ikrar Hua’ with his dancers at the back. Anant and Radhika’s duo performance was also beautiful with the whole Indo-contemporary work, with Manish Malhotra doing the costumes and Omung Kumar doing the grand set for the night.
Shiamak revealed that the whole idea for the three Khans was getting them together to do a fun parody on ‘Amar, Akhbar, and Anthony,’ reminiscing about that theme, and that turned out to be fabulous. They had so many costume changes to do at the last minute, and his entire team pulled it off really well with all of them. This, for him, was the most amazing act of bringing together the three superstars of our nation.
According to reports, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are reportedly set to tie the knot this July.
