After appearing alongside Kareena Kapoor in Sujoy Ghosh’s film ‘Jaane Jaan’, Vijay Varma is now slated to collaborate with Kareena’s elder sister, Karisma Kapoor, in Homi Adajania’s forthcoming movie, ‘Murder Mubarak‘.
In a recent interview, Vijay shared insights into his experience working alongside the Kapoor sisters. The actor admitted to having a ‘one-sided love’ for Kareena while forming a close friendship with Karisma Kapoor during the filming of ‘Murder Mubarak’.
Speaking to Siddharth Kannan, Vijay said that people saw the affection he had for Kareena in the film ‘Jaane Jaan’.That’s a fatal attraction—one-sided love for Kareena. In a prior interview, the actor also shared how her husband, Saif Ali Khan, had cautioned her to brace herself before filming with them. In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Kareena said that Saif was like, ‘You need to be a little more prepared as they are going to be very well-prepared.’
Apart from Vijay Varma and Karisma Kapoor, Murder Mubarak also stars Sara Ali Khan, Sanjay Kapoor, Dimple Kapadia, and Pankaj Tripathi. Recently, the makers unveiled the film’s trailer, featuring Pankaj in the role of a detective on the hunt for the murderer. Sara, Sanjay, Dimple, Vijay, and others are portrayed as primary suspects in the intriguing storyline.
