Priyanka Chopra has been a part of Karan Johar‘s production ‘Dostana’ and they were known to be very good friends. However, rumours of their feud started when Priyanka had recently spoken about the way Bollywood treated her. She had said on a podcast, “I was being pushed into a corner in the industry (Bollywood). I had people not casting me, I had beef with people, I am not good at playing that game so I kind of was tired of the politics and I said I needed a break.”
But it all started when Kangana Ranaut took to Twitter, shared PC’s views and wrote, “This is what @priyankachopra has to say about Bollywood, people ganged up on her, bullied her and chased her out of film industry a self made woman was made to leave India.Everyone knows Karan Johar had banned her.”
While neither Priyanka or Karan have addressed rumours of their feud, the duo was earlier seen hugging each other at the opening of NMACC and today they re-united at an event in the city. The duo was seen at an event by Amazon Prime Video to announce their upcoming line-up of projects. PC had done ‘Citadel‘ with them last year and this year, Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu will be seen in the Indian version of it.
