
Speaking to ETimes, Prashant Patil said, “We will apply for a certified copy of the complaint filed by the Enforcement Directorate. It’s the right of the accused, so we are hopeful to get it.”
“The application for permission to travel abroad is listed tomorrow before the Special PMLA Court at Delhi . This application was filed almost 15 days ago. We shall make an application to the Hon’ble Court to issue summons for Jacqueline and fix a date for her physical appearance,” he added.
Prashant had earlier told ETimes that Jacqueline will take the necessary steps under the law to protect her dignity and liberty. He also stated that Jacqueline has been cooperative during the investigation and she is a victim of a larger conspiracy.
