During the show, Govinda said, “I think among all of us, Shah Rukh was always the wisest. He makes the right decisions. The first person he fell in love with was himself. He is very well educated. He got to know things about the industry at such a young age that even actors like me didn’t.” Govinda and Shah Rukh Khan have unfortunately never shared the screen space.
A video clip of Govinda from the show was shared by Shah Rukh’s fan club on Instagram. As soon as the video was shared, comments flooded in from all directions. While one fan wrote, ‘Golden line- sabse pahle pyar apne aap se kiya’, another one added, ‘Both are self-made and great actors.’
Reports are rife that SRK’s production has acquired the rights of 1998 comic caper ‘Dulhe Raja’. The actor is reportedly planning to remake the 90s hit and has bought blanket rights of the Govinda and Raveena Tandon starrer.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Shah Rukh will next be seen in Siddharth Anand’s ‘Pathaan’ co-starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead roles. The superstar also has Atlee’s ‘Jawan’ where he will be sharing the screen space with Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Sanya Malhotra.
Apart from these, SRK has also been roped in for Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’. The film also stars Taapsee Pannu in a key role.
