Nora Fatehi’s brother-in-law received 65 Lakh worth BMW from Sukesh Chandrasekhar – Times of India

Nora Fatehi was recently grilled again by the Delhi Police’s Economic Offences Wing in connection to the 200 crore extortion case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. The actress was questioned alongside Pinky Irani, who had introduced Nora and Sukesh. Nora’s brother-in-law Mehboob aka Bobby Khan was also quizzed by the cops and it has been revealed that he received an expensive car as a gift from Sukesh.

In her statement to the cops, Nora revealed that she had attended a charity event booked by Chandrasekhar’s wife, Leena Maria Paul. Post which, Leena and Sukesh had announced that they were going to gift her a BMW car as a token of love of generosity. And when a person named Shekhar reached out to the actress for the car dealing, Nora said she gave Bobby’s number to him and conveyed to her brother-in-law that she didn’t need the BMW. “However, Shekhar told Bobby that he was okay with Fatehi not wanting it and, instead, offered the BMW to Bobby as a token for future deals. The car was found registered in Bobby’s name,” an officer told TOI. During the questioning, Bobby has reportedly admitted that he received a BMW worth Rs 65 lakh from Sukesh Chandrashekhar.

Last month, the Enforcement Directorate had filed a chargesheet, wherein they had named Jacqueline Fernandez as an accused in the case involving Sukesh. Jacqueline and Nora both have reportedly received expensive gifts from the conman and the investigating agencies are probing their role in the case.
