Ranbir Kapoor to start shooting Mumbai schedule of ‘Animal’ after post-release promotions of ‘Brahmastra’: Report – Times of India


Actor Ranbir Kapoor is currently on cloud nine as his film ‘Brahmastra’ has managed to strike a right chord with the audience. Amid the positive response, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir are leaving no stone unturned to promote the film after its release too. The latest report suggests that Ranbir will be resume shooting for ‘Animal’ after ‘Brahmastra’ promotions.

According to a leading entertainment portal, Ranbir and Alia, who are all set to welcome their first baby soon, will continue to promote Brahmastra till late September. Since the box office figures have been encouraging, the team has come up with an extensive post-release promotional plan that will help build more interest around the film.

The report suggests that the daddy-to-be will start shooting for the Mumbai schedule of ‘Animal’ with Anil Kapoor in the first week of October. He was earlier seen shooting for the first schedule in Manali and Mumbai. The locations haven’t been locked as of now, but the filming will reportedly take place in different parts of the city, starting with Chembur.

Earlier, Parineeti Chopra was a part of the film. Later, actress Rashmika Mandanna came on board to essay the part. The film also stars Bobby Deol. The film is being helmed by ‘Kabir Singh’ fame Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
